Archive89 Returns & Refunds Policy
🔑 Quick Summary:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
- Returns must be pre-approved via email: archive_89@outlook.com
- Items must be in original condition with tags.
- Unapproved returns may be refused and charged a £5 handling fee.
- Minor vintage wear is not always listed and not considered a fault.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds (if eligible) processed within 10 business days.
🕐 Customer Service Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time).
Emails received outside these hours, including weekends, will be responded to on the next working day.
📦 Returns Timeframe:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- UK returns must arrive back within 14 days from Delivery.
- International returns must arrive within 21 days of delivery.
✉️ Return Approval Required:
All returns must be authorised in advance by emailing archive_89@outlook.com.
Returns sent without approval may be refused and incur a £5 handling fee.
✅ Condition of Items:
- Must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
❗ Misdescribed or Faulty Items:
If your item is not as described or faulty, email us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number.
If valid, you’re entitled to a refund, exchange or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
🛍️ Sale Items:
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.
🔧 What Doesn't Count as a Fault:
We sell vintage/pre-owned clothing, so some minor wear is expected.
The following are not considered faults:
- Minor thread pulls or small marks
- Wear consistent with age
- Damage to internal lining that isn’t visible when worn
🔄 Exchanges:
If you'd like something else, return the original (once approved) and place a new order separately.
💳 Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please email us.
USA orders : we are unable to refund Tariffs as there is no process to reclaim the prepaid Tariffs from customs.
